In 1978, Tom Dessel established Coast Marine in the Long Beach Marina and dedicated the business to provide yachtsmen with quality service, sales and custom fabrication.

In 2002, Coast Marine relocated its headquarters to Newport Beach and continues to draw on the extensive experience of its employees to provide full service design, evaluation and repair of refrigeration, watermakers, air conditioning, electrical, hydraulics and bonding systems.
